Conference Registration: Requests for cancellations must be submitted in writing to IDFA, Attention: Customer Service, 1005 Slater Road, Ste 101, Durham, NC 27703.  Cancellations received prior to September 1, 2020 working days before the workshop are refundable, minus a $150 registration service charge. After that, cancellations are subject to the entire fee, which you may apply toward a future conference or workshop. Please note: if you don’t cancel and don’t attend, you are still responsible for payment. Conference registrations may be transferred by written notice received prior to September 15, 2020. 

Conference Cancellation:  In the event that the conference must be canceled due to extreme weather, natural disasters, terrorism, CDC travel advisories or other such events, conference registration fees will be refunded to all participants.  Registrants may elect to lock in attendance to the following year’s conference at the current year’s price by applying the registration fee to next year’s conference.  Sponsorship fees will be refunded in full to sponsors who elect not to lock in sponsorship for the following year’s conference at the present year price.  

IDFA is not responsible for any cancellation or change fees assessed by airlines, hotels or travel agents. IDFA advises that you do not book your travel arrangements until you have received your registration confirmation.
